Is it possible for this sub to create a TV ad for Bernie's campaign?

If this sub were to somehow create a TV ad for Sen. Sanders and his presidential campaign, would we be able to submit that for his use?

This sub has many supporters FEELING THE BERN! Certainly there are some with amazing talent to put an ad together.
