[English -> French] Line for a poem

I'm working on writing a poem that has a few lines written in French. I'm trying to figure out the best way to say "I'm alive". I'm thinking "Je suis encore en vie". Would that clearly translate to "I'm alive"? Or what would be other possibilities I should consider? Merci!
