[Build Help] Got some recommendations from BuildaPCForMe, just wondering if there is any major reason to choose one build over the other?
I got two potential builds from the guys at r/buildapcforme
I'm basically just hoping to find out if there's any major reasons to choose one over the other. I assume they're about equal, but I'm so new to this I have no real clue.
I'm also wondering if I should cough up the extra bucks to upgrade the GPU to a 390, or if it's not really necessary?
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
Mainly gaming. I've had only cheap laptops for years, so I have lots of PC gaming to catch up on. Also general web surfing and general use.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
Not necessarily after super max ultra settings, but at least high would be great at 60 fps. Don't need anything past 1080.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
$800-ish, but it could move if needed
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
USA.

Provide any additional details you wish below.
I'm essentially clueless, but with my current workload and schedule I don't really have the time to do the research to educate myself to a level I'd feel comfortable choosing all my own parts. That's why I'm asking you swell folks. If there are any big changes your recommend, please feel free to let me know.
EDIT:
I've created a new build. Costs more, but want to make sure there aren't any major problems.
