[RANT] Why is it when parent's want peace they send their children outside to disturb others?

Currently the child whom lives next door to me is outside with two of her friends yelling right by my window. This child's friend has shown a bratty attitude towards me previously when I moved her scooter out of the driveway, where she had left it while running to bug another building, so we could park our car. This is also the trio whom i believe is behind the nail polish on my car's side mirror and bumper. To put it lightly I am unimpresed with this child's choice in friends/influences.

I digress, currently these children are right outside our window on the grass making a disturbance and no where near their own families. My only solace is I haven't been feeling well and there may be a couple poops from my dog left on the grass the kids are standing on. Oops.
