I would first of all like to say that to the feminists question of "why would anyone make up a rape allegation", it's not up to us to answer that question because it is not our responsibility to determine why. What matters is that WOMEN CAN AND DO LIE ABOUT BEING RAPED. And THAT IS WHY DUE PROCESS MATTERS.

But to answer that question anyway, in this case it appears to be: shame.
