Question about joining, I am sure pretty much any of you could help.

So I am 23/m and burnt out out college wanting to join the marines, something I have been really wanting to do for the past 8 years. Anyway, I have diagnosed Anxiety and OCD and have been on meds for 10 years, which I just started to ween off of. This maybe a stupid question, but should I lie to the recruiters when they ask about previous medical history? I have heard that so many people lie about this stuff. I just don't want to get in trouble. Obviously I am going to make sure I am fine off of the meds for a couple of months before I try joining. Thanks guys!
