Help!! Lost a really long note i wrote!

I had a really important note that I had written in my note app. I cut the text accidentally without even realizing it and accidentally copied something else. Once back into the note , I tried shaking it so the undo button comes up and it's not!! Any help with truly be appreciated. I checked my iPad and MacBook and it's not there either
