Anyone know what happened on green line this afternoon?

My train got offloaded at PG Plaza in the direction of Branch Ave. A cop with a walkie walked by and I heard something about "checking that everybody on the platform was ok." Then when we got boarded on the next train, the cop (not WMATA personnel) went through the whole train, looking at everyone. Was wondering if anyone knew what that was about.
