Summoning any retainer causes game to crash, please help!

Hey everyone! So recently I upgraded to 8 retainers on a character that had none so I ran off and made 8 new ones. Anytime I try to summon any of them my game crashes. There is no FFXIV error message, only Windows saying that the program has stopped responding. I have tried summoning them at many different zones at many different summoning bells and everytime the crash happens. I also deleted all 8 retainers, made a new one then when I summoned it the game crashed.

I did some google searching and it looks like this has happened to a few people but there is no fix anywhere that I can find. Does anyone have any advice or a bug fix?

Please help! And yes, I am going to file a bug report. Its also worth mentioning that I have been playing for over a year and never had this issue until now.
