Instant crash after BR (KotK)

So guys like the tittle says, always when I finish a BR or I die in a BR, if I press the button "Log Out" or "Play Again", the game crash instant and the process stay in "Not Responding". If you guys knows how to fix it or why is it happening tell me about it. Thanks for your time.
