Quick question on registration

I was going to google this question, but from the traffic I've seen I feel like I'll get a more informed answer here.

I'm a voter currently registered in Ohio, but living in Connecticut. In Ohio, I'm registered as a Replubican but want to switch to Democrat so I can represent Bernie in the primary. How should I go about accomplishing this?

Many thanks!
