Looking for a relatively easy/simple, shoestring budget short script with few actors and locations

Genre: Drama, Crime, Horror, pretty much anything other than Comedy

Min Pages: 1

Max Pages: 20

Additional Requirements: Nothing that would involve much CGI(I don't have experience with CGI). Ideally it would involve no more than 5 actors with minimal extras as well as a limited number of locations.

Max Budget: $150

Writer Compensation: Negotiable

Location Resources: Nothing extravagant. I have access to a house, an apartment, woods, fields, urban environments, not really any skyscrapers. I'm in Memphis to help give an idea of what I'm working with. Like I said, ideally there wouldn't be a large number of locations in the script.

Actor Resources: Males and Females in their 20s. It would be hard, but I could try to find a few people in other age ranges if needed.

Crew Resources: Usually anywhere from 1-3 people behind the camera doing things. Could use actors if needed.

Gear Resources: I have access to a film rental company in the city. I obviously can't go crazy with equipment due to price, but I would get whatever equipment needed.
