Raredrafting in 8-4s

So I was just passed a 5th pick Kozilek's Return in pack 2 of an 8-4 on MTGO. That has to be incorrect from a value standpoint, right? I was in red, but I would have taken it regardless. Am I wrong to think that any card around 3-tix or greater in value is worth rare-drafting in 8-4s? Who has run the numbers on this?
