Help choosing between 2 Lennox systems.

We received 2 quotes from established HVAC company's in Charlotte NC. Both quotes are for Lennox units. The house is a 1970's 1,300 sq ft. 1 story house with above average insulation for the time period.

Quote 1:

Condenser - 2 Ton XP14-024-230 Handler - CBX25UHV-024 $5344

Quote 2:

Condenser - 2.5 ton 14HPX-030-230 Handler - CBX25UHV-030 $5611
