Recommendation Software

I have used various software to recommend music, some being pandora and last fm. However, I am no longer happy with pandora because I can't find a lot of my music I like on their. Last fm is ok, but it lost a lot of it's appeal with it's new beta. So what I'm looking for is a software that can import my music library from my computer and/or give good recommendations on not so popular songs. Mostly because I listen to a lot of music that isn't very well known.
