Wellbutrin

I just started Generic Welbutrin about 3 weeks ago. I have no appetite, my anxiety is worse than ever (stomach pains), nausea, and suicidal thoughts. But I am able to get horny for the first time in 3 years, so I got that going for me, which is nice.

I have a Dr. appointment on Tues, but I'm not sure I can wait 6 days. I may just stop taking it, but I am afraid of withdrawl symptoms which I have gone through before on other meds. Any suggestions/support are welcome.
