[Build Ready] Slightly altered "end all" build

USD$

###Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do) yes

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

This is a build for my friend, he doesn't really know anything about making custom builds but I told him I'd help him out, though I am fairly new to it myself. He is looking to make a pretty powerful build for gaming.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

He wants to make sure he will be able to play division on high/ultra settings with good FPS.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

His budget is in the range of $900-$1200. I decided to go with "the end all" build to start and alter it a bit for what he wanted.

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

United States

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.

He is pretty undecided on the case but I included one of the cases that he was thinking about in the build. He is looking for ample space and is keen on a see through side panel. I recommended the NZXT s340 to him but I'm not sure how roomy it is. Is this the best motherboard/pcu combo? Would it be smart to go with something with an 1151 socket so he could potentially upgrade in the future? As I said I am fairly new to this and want to make sure I get him the best computer for his money. Thank you :)
