First Suit Fit Check - Suitsupply Havana

As the title suggests, I just received my first suit from Suitsupply. This is a 38r Havana, and it's obviously before tailoring.

The fit looks good to me and I'm thinking this is a keeper, but you guys have more trained eyes than I do. Do you think I should keep this one or is there something about the way this fits that I'm not seeing?

What tailoring will I need? Obviously pants hemmed and maybe sleeves shortened a little. The jacket could possibly be taken in a little, but I don't think it needs too much there. I also think I might like to have the pants tapered, but I can't tell since the length is still wrong.
