Recommended Ways To Learn Using Duolingo

Hey all!! Have recently decided to take up learning Swedish using the duolingo site and so far am having a great time! At the moment for my daily practice I am currently going through all past lessons to strengthen my knowledge of it and then repeating the lessons on which I tend to forget words on. It seems to be working for me, however I do feel that I get stuck and don't seem to be making much progress. Was wondering how other users practice each day?? Do others practice as I do or is it recommended that I try to complete a new lesson each day and then practice using the Test out of... Skills, which includes vocabulary from all previous lessons. Would be nice to hear how different people approach this :D. Thanks !
