Macroeconomics tutoring

I am not a student at TCU but live right by TCU and attend Columbia College(satellite site aboard NAS JRB Ft Worth)(recently retired from USMC). I am currently taking Macroeconomics and I am NOT grasping it whatsoever but have a final exam coming up. I wanted to ask if anyone was majoring in Economics and can maybe assist me understanding some of the problems that will most likely appear on the final. I can meet you at B&N sometime this weekend for an hour or two and will compensate you for your time.knowledge.
