I just moved and the connection in my new house is insanely bad. Comcast can't keep their story straight on what's going on.

Paying for 75 down, 5 up.

Getting anywhere from 0.01 to 20 down and 1.5 to 3.5 up. 20 down if I'm SUUUUPER lucky too... The majority of the time my connection is about 3Mbps or slower.

I've called Comcast probably 4 times about this and I've been told that it's my wifi router, my modem, the wiring from the street, and the wiring inside my house.

I can't believe they're not actually bothering to do anything about this. The weirdest part is that my desktop computers, one of which is hard-wired in, are both getting normal speeds as advertised. Phones, tablets, consoles, and streaming boxes are all getting this trickle of a signal that is basically unusable.

It's been 4 days now and I've only been able to stream a few episodes of any shows because it takes at least 2 days to watch any given show. I'm so livid right now I can't even form a coherent reddit post...
