How do you smoke often and keep your job? Is it possible?

I just recently got a job at a retail store that doesn't drug test, but could maybe randomly drug test (doubtfully), either way the risk is still there. When I get paid I'm gonna buy some celebratory dank, and while I'm happy I may finally get to smoke and have a job, there's always the risk of a drug test. Sometimes I can't deal with the anxiety that brings and just quit all together. How do you guys do it?
