Help me find a townhome on the west side

The only options I can see to find for townhomes are Westwind and Sand Creek. My only two criteria are that it has a basement and either a washer/dryer, or a hookup for a washer/dyer.

I know there has to be some option other than just those two places. I could even go out to the Grand Ledge area, but we'd like to stay in a 5 mile radius of Horrocks.

Anyone have any suggestions?
