My boss's daughter confided in me about being sexually active in an unhealthy way. Should I give her the talk?

I'm a personal chef who works out of my Boss's house. I occasionally watch over his 13 year old daughter and we get along very well. Recently she confided in me that she's been pressured into having sex. She's 13, and deathly afraid of condoms. Also, she's been caught sending nude pics to a few older boys at her school. Her father knows about her behavior but won't discuss it with her because he believes the conversation will 'normalize' her behavior. Instead, he's punishing her by taking away her phone for a few hours. Should I give her the "talk" that I know her father doesn't want her to hear?
