Active miners support for 8MB but not Classic. Can we reach them?

Looking here https://coin.dance/blocks

There are a few miners (8%) that support 8MB but not Classic. Eg: Block 399870 BW Pool fisher jinxin Block 399866 QT Block 399838 Mined by haobtcmbs7

If anyone knows how can we reach them to find out why they are not yet mining with Classic support?
