Questions for anyone who knows anything about breaking into the business

SquaredCircle, as a 19 year old living in Melbourne, Australia, is it worth trying to break into the world of professional wrestling? I've always been passionate about wrestling, starting from when I was a young fella living out in the middle of the nowhere watching it on Pay TV. Since then I've grown up and increased in size to about 6 ft 5 and 90 kilograms. Now that you have a grasp of my physical appearance, I was wondering if it was worth getting into one of the wrestling schools around my area. My main worry is that these days there is a greater demand for smaller guys, and I don't really fit that bill. I'm by no means an incredibly muscle bound man like Batista, Cage or Haitch and if I would describe a wrestler I would have a similar body type to it would be a Randy Orton or a Biff Busick. I also understand the need for charisma and mic work. This is never an issue for me as I enjoy being in the spotlight and coming up with believable "promos" to deliver in front of crowds.

I have a good grasp of what work ethic is required and I'm certain that I can meet those requirements. Without further ado, the questions -

  1. as I stated before, there is a high demand for smaller guys. I'm talking AJ Styles, Kota Ibushi, Fenix, Ricochet, etc. So as a taller man, is it going to be difficult to develop a following of fans?

  2. I'm have bills to pay, as does everyone, so will it be worth filling out a chunk of my earnings to learn the ins and outs at a school?

  3. this one's for the Australians. Where do I go from here? I don't want to spend the rest of my life here and I want to go on to bigger and brighter places, so how would I get out of the Australian scene and into American, European of even Japanese promotions?

  4. in the off chance that I make it to the "big leagues" in ROH, LU, NJPW in ten years, am I going to be treated well? With all the CM Punk and Daniel Bryan shit ongoing, it's pretty evident that these big companies don't really care about personal wellbeing. Honestly, I don't know too much about the other companies in regards to these sort of controversies, so enlighten me on their policies (if you're going to provide anything to add to the thread)

  5. and finally, for anyone who has gotten into the business, I'm young and I want to enjoy life, I want to spend my twenties and thirties doing what I love. So do you enjoy this? Is this your passion and if you could do anything in the world is this it?

So thank you in advance for your time, and fingers crossed this helps more Australians than just me.
