[bug] Unable to create a widget on the dashboard

What's the problem?
I just started using RES maybe 2 weeks ago. One of the 1st things I did was create my dashboard widgets. Today, I log in and all of my widgets are gone. I am unable to add any widgets on the dashboard. When I click the "+subreddit widget" button, the text boxes appear that allow me to enter the criteria for the widget and create a display name. However, when I click on the "+add" button, nothing happens. This is true for all of the add widget buttons.

What other browser extensions are installed?
