How many dreads is RFing worth?

So PL attacked with their LOVELY dread/Napoc fleet to RF a tower and stuff. And we let them, cuz we're slow. Then they jumped into H-5, and this happened when the GemCo fleet attacked PL and pinned down the dreads and Napocs, giving our cane fleet a chance to dive in.

I separated GemCo from the defenders of Vale, but we were really on the same side in this fight.

GF to GemCo for playing nice with us for once, GF to PL bringing the hellfire!

GFs all around! I had a great time!

EDIT: Heres A BR with the GemCo boys and the Defenders of Vale on the same team, and including the FH-TTC as well.

But keeping them separate make LAWN feel like they actually contributed instead of dogpiling on a fleet that was already outnumbered 2:1.

bitter? lol, no. It was a good brawl.

I'm just pointing out that xdeathx and co had more typhoons that we had fleet members, and were alphaing napocs fairly easily - if LAWN wasn't there, it wouldn't have changed the outcome one bit, but OP makes it seem like LAWN turned the tides or did all the work.

That does happen when you have a Napoc fleet against Canes. Its almost like our ships had less then half the tank and probably at most 3/4 the DPS :P Plus dreads. So i mean, y'all had ships that WAY out-classed us. We just had more. Im not surprised a bunch of us died. This is kinda how the game works when this sorta thing happens. Had we brought the same ships, i guarantee you would have had a LOT less kills, just because of the higher tank.

I dunno why everyone on this subreddit is like "CFC so shit, 4:1 odds still lose a bunch" when its REALLY FUCKING OBVIOUS that you guys had WAYYYYYY better ships then we did. Eve is a game of numbers. You brought more DPS and more Tank. We just brought more ships.

If you dont like fighting big groups, go fight TEST or PFR or someone smaller. You come on our Lawn, you should expect a lot of gnomes to come after you :D

Oh man when they lit that cyno in FH I warped to it at 70 in my stratios... landed literally right in the middle of like 50 apoc navies and noped the fuck out of there.

Massive shout-out to CCP for the new servers. I could be wrong, but I didn't notice any TiDi. Both this and Sunday's Titan fight were perfect bite-sized, but intense battles.

Yupp. I forgot to set my settings to low but had all the time good performance. Also the typical delay in recieving the broadcast was not noticible. Nice!

Okay, I'll bite.

Facts and spin are not mutually exclusive. I could say something like "my corporation added 50 members" and while it is a 'numerical fact,' it doesn't really mean we're any more powerful/effective than before, because those 50 could be alts, or inactives, whatever. Similarly, you could say "we took out a third of the enemy fleet," but if the actual value of those ships is significantly less than what you lost (and it was) then that statement is ambiguous at best. If that third of our fleet had been worth like 50b or something then sure, great shit.

PL got rekt full stop. I'm not saying Cal or anyone else didn't enjoy themselves anyway (only you guys know that) but it is what it is.

None of what you said was contested in any way, what was said, is that 70 engaged 300+ and took 1/3 of that down with it.

Which was called spin, so using adult words and punctuation can you tell me how what was said is spin?

Spin: In public relations, spin is a form of propaganda, achieved through providing a biased interpretation of an event.

How is what was said biased? Do you feel like less than 1/3 of the enemy was killed?
