Has anyone used homebrewstuff.com before?

I ordered a can of IOY Citrus yeast 4 days ago and the order status is still "processing". Looking around a little more, there is little information about the site, along with no customer reviews on any of the products. I payed through Amazon, and the payment went through no problem, throwing no red flags on my Amazon account. I'm starting to worry about getting scammed, someone confirm or deny my worries?

Yes, they're legit. I use their ebay and amazon stores often.

I've used them before with no issues. I'd try to give them a call, (208.375.2559) you order may be stuck in processing hell for some reason.

I've never mail ordered because they are my local. I use them almost exclusively. If you have any issues give them a call, someone should straighten it out. They are a great company in general.

I should note that they have always been mail order and that is the bulk of their business. they just happened to move their brick and mortar here a few years ago and it became my go to then.

I've used them several times through Amazon and once directly for small items (ball valves, etc.) and had no problem getting my stuff promptly.

Their customer service is great.

I've had issues with a few of the products they sent me: a chugger pump instead of a march - it didn't work. Their choice of keg connectors sucks - they leak and leak and leak in my experience.

That being said, they did replace everything that didn't work. I spoke with them at NHC and they were very nice.
