The Stunners [2]

I located the notes taken by the overseeing physician, as well as their brief conversation. I've tried my hand at locating Theresa for her input into the matter, however, she is proving rather hard to find.
|---------Miller, Theresa Feb. 1994--------|
Theresa spoke softly. Though visibly upset, she managed to form slightly coherent responses:
"Theresa, are you alright, you seem to be in a state of shock. Is there anything that I can get for you?"
--Her head nods, then shakes. Tears fall from her swollen eyes, obviously sleep deprived.
"Theresa, can you tell me what happened to the rest of your group? If you don't want to talk about it that's fine too..."
More tears, and then, "Gone... They are gone. They left me alone by the tree."
"Why would your group leave you Theresa? I was under the implication that you were all friends?"
--The ice that was at one time present in the glass of water I had brought, was now melted. Some time had passed before she took a long sip.
"The noise, It was so loud, and then.."
"Then what Theresa! I'm sorry, please, take your time."
"And then Greg fell over, there was nothing I could do. I couldn't move, frozen. The others bolted into the woods. I wanted to scream, to tell them to wait. But they were gone..."
"And what about Greg, you said he fell over, what happened to him?"
"He um, I don't know, my eyes were still frozen on the spot where my friends had abandonned me..."
"Theresa, do you remember hearing anything? Any sights, or smells that stood out. Did you see any bears in that area? Mountain lions? We need to know what we're looking for. Were you attacke" --cut off
"I DON'T KNOW! I couldn't see a damn thing. I just want to quit reliving the moment. They just left me there to die."
"I'm sorry to keep putting you back there Theresa, but we NEED to know."
"I heard Greg yell, then the next thing I remember was waking up with a dog next to me."
"Thanks Theresa, I have some medication in mind that may help with the shock, but I'm going to refer you to a close friend of mine who deals with these kind of traumatic experiences. his name is Dr. Louse, and he is a good man."
"Please, Doctor, thank my rescuer for me."
"We will."
-- Interview concluded, Theresa appears to be in shock, so I don't know how reliable her testimony is. However, her account is concurrent with past events. We need to pull Arthur out of the field immediately.

I never recieved her thank you. They were too busy calling in other people to search the forest. At the time, I hadn't known it, but if they hadn't pulled me out when they did, I might not have made it. As I've said, I'll keep looking for Theresa, but it has been 22 years since her involvement. I'm going to get some rest now. I've just returned from the field. There were some bodies this time.
