[REQ] ($473.00) - (#Philadelphia, PA, USA), (4/1/16), (Paypal) Fees to avoid Driver's License suspension
I was pulled over a couple months ago for a cracked windshield, and was also charged with expired emissions & inspections stickers. I was found guilty after what I believe was correctly arguing that the officer noted the incorrect statute on the ticket. I am forced to pay $473 for the three infractions and haven't had the money to cover it. I am now less than a week away from having my driver's license suspended until it is paid.
I will be able to pay for it on 3/18 but the due date is 3/15 with no exceptions for being late. A loan of $473 would allow me to pay this now, and pay you back in two installments totaling $525. The first payment would occur on 3/18 for $300 and the final $225 would occur on 4/1/16.
I can provide scanned copies of my paystub, as well as the letters from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as proof of the charges.
I have paid back three smaller loans on time or early. I am pretty desperate for this as I have no option but to drive to work due to the distance from home and the lack of public transportation for a significant portion of my commute. The last thing I need is to be pulled over and ticketed or arrested for driving with a suspended license. I have corrected the infractions by repairing the windshield and passing inspection, but wasn't able to do so before my court date.
