Fun & unique recommendations for my April trip to Tallinn?

In mid-April I am having my 4th holiday to Estonia, I've had some amazing tours and experience with the crew at Traveller.ee; and I've visited most of the common tourist attractions in Tallinn.

I was hoping to do the abseiling down Teletorn, but after the accident last year I don't think they are running that activity anymore.

Also, does anyone here know good way to tour Saaremaa, every tour I've seen seems very expensive. I'm half inclined to rent a car and drive there myself as it would be cheaper.

Can you think of any exciting or unique activities to do on my holiday in Estonia?
