I have a severe anxiety disorder

When people try and talk to me I freeze up

I stammer and just can't get my words out

No matter how hard i try I’m just standing there frozen and scared

And they’re just kind of standing there

I order online even though it’s more expensive

I work in web design and talk via email

I refuse to meet my customers in the real world

Every day I wish I could break out of my shell

My little personal hell

But I can’t

And every interaction makes me feel disgusted with myself

Everyone else can do it

But I barely even leave my house
