Wormholes

My Darling,

Perhaps you've heard about wormholes
from Theoretical Physics class
— tunnels in the fabric of spacetime 
that connect distant regions of the universe.

Well I think I have one of those, embedded deep
inside my heart. It formed when my feelings for you
compressed within this chest, and their density 
surpassed the Schwarzschild radius.

Now, in this spinning black hole that you created,
it forever lies connecting my heart to yours.
And though you are distant and gone,
I still feel you here, inside of me.
