A few questions
Hey, so sorry if these things have been asked before, but I'll try to be more specific and hopefully you guys can help.
I'm interested in the game but haven't gotten my hands on a guest pass and trying to VPN into the RU version to test it out was more trouble than it's worth.
So, if I want it, I'll just have to buy it, but first, I have a few questions:
- Most importantly, I'm mostly a PvE sort, from what I've read, the endgame focuses on PvP activities and there are no dungeons/raids/etc like in traditional MMOs.
Getting to max level doesn't appear to take long, the combat seems GW2-ish which I'm OK with, so, that leaves the crafting system: Would any of you that also aren't into PvP say that all the different crafting profs are enough for a PvE experience ?
-
If the above answer is "No", have the devs expressed interest in introducing more PvE content later down the line ?

The KR/RU versions are F2P, so they undoubtedly have more restrictions on someone who doesn't pay. What are the differences in business model between those versions and the EU/NA ones ? I'm sure they still have a cash shop but I'd expect to not be wringed for pennies quite as much if the game is B2P.
Thank you to anyone who takes the time to answer - it's only 30$ anyway so this is more a question of my time rather than the money. Sorry if these have been answered before, I only read the RPS review and looked a bit at some of the fancy character creation videos, I've read about this game years ago actually but it dropped off the radar for awhile - anyways, thanks.

PVE end game = Guild bosses, daily bosses, quests, farming, max level isnt 50, thats the soft cap, there is no max level, obv after 50 xp becomes lower and 56 is generally the closer end on hardcap for now.
Future has tons of content updates, more areas, world bosses, events, and a dungeon is being made for KR now so we will probably see that in the future.
I played KR until NA release and the cash shop was full to the brim of everything, new costumes came in regularly. Restrictions for them weren't really an issue per se, the only thing is you could buy energy pots with cash more often than loyalty points. Pets were a must for PvE grinding.
The cash shop on NA/EU is steep but the new stuff they introduced is lower in price so they may reduce the prices in the future.
