4 players arrested in 1 season. Basically a third of his team. At somepoint his leadership and accountability have to be questioned. If nothing else this just proves that the team isn't buying into what he's telling them. Time for a shakeup

Shouldn't accountability be on the shoulders of the students? They're old enough to not do this sort of idiocy. He's an adult now; he can and should live with the consequences of his actions.
Unless the coach is grossly negligent with the matter, or hell, even encouraging said behavior, why should the coach get the blame?

Of course the players hold accountability for their actions. But to have a 3rd of your team arrested is a disturbing trend. The program needs a culture change, and that starts with new leadership. The guy has clearly no control over his players and either he's not saying enough or they're not listening to him. This after one of the worst seasons in recent memory. Time for someone else to take over.

Conservative bigot alert. You can't hold defenseless six foot tall adult men accountable for their own actions. The students are clearly victims of the coach here. Why can't the coach keep them from assaulting people? He's discriminating against his players. He deserves to be fired.

Because this isn't the time of year you make a coaching change. You better believe a search for a new coach is under way but nothing will play out until the tourney is over.
