Skull Face is dead , or is he ? Is Mission 31 a hallucination ?

Did we REALLY killed him ?

Check this shot i captured from the cutscene of Mission 31

He ran away with his soldiers , you can see his location while he is escaping is different from where we killed him

Now guys , we all noticed that the cutscenes in MGSV are on purpose , like the shot that shows outer heaven logo in the end .

For me , im losing myself , i cant think of any theory about this so what do you guys think ?

Hallucination ? Skull face is big boss ? Or inconsistent scene , directing ?
