Wilderness Lodge somewhere?

Wilderness Lodge, very good!

Walking through the front entrance, make a hard left toward Whispering Canyon. Follow that around and there's a staircase that goes up to a bridge over the entrance. This door is at that bridge.

Yup. Light fixtures give it away. Not sure where exactly.

The restaurant in Canada in EPCOT?

Door handle gave it away for me. My favorite place to stay!

I'm with ya' on that... we stayed there for our honeymoon, so there's that nostalgia, but we find it's the right combination of location, amenity, and price.

If there was one thing I would change, it would be to make Artist Point something more special. It's fine, but it's not up to the level of the other signature resort restaurants in my book. It has been a while, maybe it's time to go back.

Have you ever stayed on the club level?

We've stayed concierge a few times. The last time I was there the villas and club buildings were just finished. I love the wilderness lodge so long as we get a room with a balcony facing in towards the pool area. Not much of a view on the outsides IMO. I just recently stayed at Port Orleans: Riverside and it just isn't the same. I just love my usual place.

The woods views don't have a lot going on you're right about that, but they can be nice and serene in the morning. All things considered, I'd take a pool view too.

My parents stayed at POR and enjoyed it very much. I've never stayed there.

Here's the big question: if it were the same amount of money, would you stay concierge level at Wilderness Lodge, or in a "garden view" guest room at the Poly?

I like the Polynesian but I'd stick with WL. I'm far too invested in it emotionally. Weird but true.
