Don't fall for this trap.  Expect to be replaced months after accepting the new offer from company A.  They are just trying to keep you on until they find a suitable replacement.  It's one of the oldest tricks in the book.

I recently signed an job offer to company B. But my current company A made me an offer. An I allowed to rescind my acceptance at company B? I did not start my new job yet and there is no minimum clause on how long i must work except there is only a clause for resignation that I must provide 2 week notice.
