Hello, I'm a big Roy fan, and I want to play The Sword of Seals, is there a fan-translation?

I love playing as Roy in SSB4, and I want to play the game he came from. So, is there a fan-translation? If there isn't, what is different in this game? I'm asking because I won't be able to understand the tutorials. Thanks in advance for responding, I'm gonna go train my Roy amiibo now!
