I pre-ordered the $100 version and still have no rewards from the vendor. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes. The reply I got from Ubisoft was,
April @Ubisoft Support Mar 20, 2016 at 08:57 PM EDT Thank you for that information. We are currently aware of this issue and our development team is looking into the issue. I will put this ticket on hold and once they have a solution I will email you and let you know.
