Look to the website of your National FA. They should have some resources there.

But as a 2nd year junior coach myself, the most important thing is being involved in a club. Whether that's as a player, or a volunteer. It doesn't matter the level of club, just learn by doing.

Also, you'll need to get a working with children license or national equivalent.

Yea, I know about the requirements. But you can start without any license if you start the course ASAP here. Some teams will even pay for the course(s) to get your license(s).

I know quite some people in quite a few small local teams, so I shouldn't have a problem getting a team. Sadly there are usually a few spots available. Part of why I feel I should give it a go.

Thanks. I'll have to go through that and make a list. Then see what I can find.

Check out r/bootroom. Also, depending on your location, the first coaching qualification might be done entirely online and don't take too much time, really. Go have a look at the website of your country's federation and find out how they do it. The US Soccer Federation offers an online course for their F license that doesn't take much time at all and serves as a solid introduction.

Subscribed. Thanks for the link.

No online license here though. Starting license is a 60-hour course.
