Six days in Vilnius/Kaunas! Tips for what to do and see?

Hi r/lithuania,

I will visit Vilnius and Kaunas for 6 days in early May. What are your recomendations for things to do and see? What should I avoid?

6 days are way too much to just wander around these cities i think. Find something you like that would be done here differently from where you come from. For example i like cooking, so i would look for an opportunity to learn/make some local food with an "expert" or just some lithuanian that you will spend time with
