Young Love is an apology to a house. Can't much relate to this song, guess I never really had any strong feelings towards my place of residence like Claudio has, and I feel like the music is just... uninspired. The repetitive guitar lick is a particularly big offender in this regard.

The Real: The song is written as an apology to The Big Beige, Claudio's old house in New York. When he moved out, the new tenants set it up as a grow house, and Claudio is expressing his remorse and regret for ever leaving.

This is particularly evident in the lines, "We leave for the coast/In the wrong hands/You where bruised, disposed"

The Part: I like the segue into You've Got Spirit Kid, it's a cool riff that kicks off the explosiveness of YGSK.

Sorry guys, I feel like I'm being super negative in my posts. Thankfully the Stormy Rabbit is killin' it with the upbeat tracks, so it's not all bad :P
