Stand

When everyone let's you down,
When life has stolen from you,
When every turn is sorrow and grief,
Stand up.

Stand up
And wipe away the tears.
Stand up
And smile again.

They tell you
“Calm down” and “it's ok”,
But it isn't.
Nothing about this is ok,
Don't calm down,
Stand up.
