Is there a saying in Japanese that goes "Sodan dayo"

While watching To Love Ru (an anime) a specific character says something that sounds like "Sodan dayo" she says it in settings that makes me think it's a replacement of "Sodane" just in a more "happy" or "casual" way. I know what Sodane means, but the way she says it I cannot recall having heard anywhere else.

I might also of course be wrong here, and that she is saying something completely different to my amateur ears, but it's driving me crazy right now and I would really appreciate some clearifaction. I also googled the question with no luck which is leading me to think I am slightly off with my hearing or something here. Sorry if I broke some rules posting here, I read through them but it's my first time here so I might be :)
