Nursing strike maybe?

My 16 week old has been showing signs of teething the last couple weeks. I think the discomfort with gums is affecting her nursing. The amount of time she nurses has dropped and today I noticed my supply has dropped as well. The last two days we have had major freakouts while eating especially right before bed. She will take a few drinks then scream, take a few more then scream some more. I just keep offering until she seems full. Could this be a strike, or am I facing something else? Any advice on how to get through this and get my supply back to normal?
