Single Nuke leader question...

So, I have 2 of the Nuke leaders (SSGSS Goku & Vegeta), but no nukers (techincally, I have Fatenks, but only at SA). If I wanted to try nuking without one of the nukers, would I be better off friend importing a second Nuke Leader (for the double 30%/orb), or an actual nuker? I feel the answer is a second Nuke leader, but I figured someone here had probably run the numbers. Is it viable?
