Sublease starting May 1st

** I know sublease posts are annoying. So I'm sorry. BUT here it is:

May 1st or really any day after that. I don't care. I just need to sublease my apartment since I'm going back to Houston for the summer.

It's a 2 bedroom at Uptown Square - which has an INSANE pool. It's a lot of fun here. Lease is up July 31st. Rent is $729 + utilities. But I'll pay the sublease fee ($300).

The lease is just for my bedroom, which has a pool view. First floor. My roommate isn't planning on staying over the summer, but he may or may not find a subleaser. So if he doesn't, you'll have a 2 bedroom all to yourself.

P.S: We have the Broadway Floorplan, and my lease is for room B - in case you wanna look it up.
