I made a juicy ipa and I would like to share the recipe!

5 gallons

Mash: 155 °f for 60 min

9lb 2row

0.5lb honey malt

0.5lb victory malt

0.25lb carapils

8oz table sugar

A handful of oats

Gypsum for mash and water

Hops:

60min: 0.5 oz magnum

10 min: 1/3 oz centennial, 1/3 oz citra, 1/3 oz mosaic..I also add whirlfloc at this point

Flameout (30 minute hopstand): 2/3oz centennial, 2/3oz citra, 2/3oz mosaic.

Dryhop: 1 oz centennial, 1oz citra, 1oz mosaic for 4-7 days after primary fermentation is complete.

I dry hopped in primary at days 8-14 then cold crashed before kegging. Also, I cut my water with 50% distilled and add gypsum due to the water profile in the Philadelphia area*

Yeast: safale s-05

This beer turned out fantastic. I threw another oz of mosaic in the keg for shits and giggles but that's just personal preference. I've also considered throwing amarillo in the mix here.
